Frida Giannini, the creative head at Gucci, said that she was inspired by the 20's and Art Deco movement for this collection, and that was definitely apparent. But it was a much more modern and updated version for today's woman.
The show started with models looking fierce with bleached out eyebrows and raccoon eyes! The jade green structured jackets were to die for!!! The trousers looked super too! Fab for the day or night!
Then it moved to a monochrome palette with a generous sprinkle of metallics!! The striped metallic jackets were so stunning!!!bold art deco stripes and abstract animal prints were used in glittering metallics!
Then finally came the models sashaying down the runway in 20's inspired fringe dress in blacks and golds! Twenties fringe dresses with a Gianni twist! Fabulous collection, as usual from GUCCI!!
