It sounds like Louis Vuitton is readying for their debut fragrance launch
The storied French house has allegedly hired Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud, a perfumer whose family has worked in fragrance for almost as long as Vuitton has worked in luggage. Belletrud’s the nose behind a handful of well known scents including Stella McCartney’s eponymous fragrance, Dior’s Addict and Jean Paul Gaultier’s Classic and has been busy sourcing “rare, almost-extinct flowers” for the Vuitton perfume.
