SUNEET VARMA&JUDITH LEIBER:

A brand known for its quirky and bejewelled minaudieres, the American luxury brand Judith Leiber, roped in Suneet Varma to design its international collections back in 2009. His ornate style made him a clear favourite for this unique partnership of an Indian designer with an international brand.

The new Fall 2011 collection by Suneet Varma for Judith Leiber continues to feature fun designs, like a pretty peach, a bear, and even a lavender flower basket, apart from classic shapes like the Cigar Box and the butterfly. Of course, all of them are studded with hand-picked Swarovski crystals, giving them a touch of whimsy and class.

HERMES SARIS:
If you don't want to wear a traditional sari, you could opt for a chic yet elegant sari from Hermes.
The saris are meant to the comfortable and are made from fine materials like cashmere and silk. The collection includes four types of saris like ‘New Springs’, in mousseline; ‘Fleurs Indiennes’, in double mousseline, ‘Coupons Indiens’, in cashmere and silk and ‘Patch’, in silk twill for the Indian summer and winter.
The prints on these saris are similar to those on the contemporary Hermes scarves. Each piece has the Hermès ‘roulotté’ edge, meticulous handiwork that takes up to 9 hours for the double mousseline sari.
Once you’ve bought the sari, you will be able to order a made-to-measure blouse at the Hermès store itself. This collection has been developed in the Hermès’ workshops in Lyon under the direction of Pierre-Alexis Dumas, artistic director of Hermès.
GUCCI INDIA EXCLUSIVE BAGS:

One clutch is decorated with a bamboo closure and a scoubidou bow with bamboo details, a script logoed mini-mirror, coin purse and zippered pocket. A detachable chain allows you to also carry the bag on the wrist. The second one looks more festive with a double G ornament encrusted in Swarovski crystals.
