MOMMY LOVES: RUBY RED SLIPPERS!!!

I just had to share this picture!!!those of you all who have been reading the blog often, know that am glitter obsessed at the moment and i picked up these aaahhhddoorraable glitter shoes for my daughter at Monsoon and she loves them as much as i do!she actually chose them and although i was a bit hesitant to buy because of the heel and all,i just couldnt say no to her sweet pleadings(mumma..plzzz aaliya wants to look like a red princess!who can resist that!)....and i have to admit they were just too cute to say no!n  they were on a massive discount.they had them in a dark pink and light pink too.i wanted to get them in all colors but they dint have her size:-(...so all you mommies who have daughters head to Monsoon and get them a pair of these super cute glitter shoes. Btw i got these at the Monsoon store in Dubai for just dhs 35!!!how awesome is that!!!

MOMMY LOVES: AVENT MANUAL BREAST PUMP

Like any new mom ,I tried many products when I had my first baby!! A breast pump is an essential product for any new mommy who wants some time off or just to relieve engorgement! I bought myself the MEDELA electric pump after reading reviews about how great a product it is!! After a months use the motor just conked off!! The product is okay but the MEDELA service is horrible! I tried getting a replacement but it just dint happen!! Then came a day when I had to travel ,leaving my baby back with my mom, so I went n got myself yet another breast pump( I have tried nuk and first years too!!! Not good), this time I got the AVENT manual breast pump!! I had blown a considerable amount of money on buying a dozen pumps, so I settled for the manual n not the electric!! N finally I found the ONE!!! this pump is just great!!!! This manual pump is very easy and comfortable to use .You can use the Avent bottles and magic cups interchangably for milk storage, so there are fewer things you have to wash. This pump also stores quite well in the Avent microwave steam sterilizer.( my favorite sterilizer) and it's BPA free!!! But one lil thing, u have to be careful with the membrane. Just be careful while washing it as it's prone to tear!! N they give only one spare membrane and I doubt if they sell the membrane separately!!

Having a pram or a stroller is a must for any mommy on the go! When I had my first kid I searched for many and I bought a mothercare pram( a fancy one that too) and I just wasn't satisfied! Somehow I managed with it till my lil one turned a year old. Then we came across this pink and brown McLAREN stroller and bought it immediately!! It was perfect with it's adjustments, safety harness and most importantly it was very very light! It's perfect for travel, especially during those security checks....u can just close it with one hand and it's so light to carry!!! It comes in many colors too!
